Q. I want a website, but I’m stressed about getting all my information together to create it?

A. Don’t worry our role is to work with you to set up your website. We dont ask for hours of your time or for volumes of information. Taking action and getting started is the main thing! Once you place your order for your website we will be in contact with you to source any information we need.

Q. I am not a technical person, how easy is it to order my new website?

A. We have designed the order process to be as simple as clicking on the buy now button for the plan you want, completing a simple shopping cart form with your payment details, then filling in a few questions about yourself and your business on a submission form. Things like your current contact details and what you would like to have written on your website about you and your business. The online submission form also helps you to easily upload any photos or pictures you would like used on your new website.

Q. I am very busy and do not want to spend a lot of time updating websites.

A. We understand your time is better spent running your business, not sitting in front of a computer. In fact the purpose of your Wobble small business website is to not only save you a lot of time with setting up and managing a small business website, but to rapidly increase your client enquiry and sales volume. Your monthly hosting fee includes updates to your website if necessary. Lets us do the hard work for you.

Q. Can I transfer my small business website to a new brand if I change companies?

A. Yes, simply advise us of your change of company, brand and new contact details and we will update your site within 48 hours.

Q. Can I use the domain name I already own?

A. Yes, but you will be responsible for redirecting the domain name to the URL link we provide.

Q. What if I don’t have a domain name yet?

A. If you would like to register your own domain name we recommend www.wobbledomains.com for the most affordable prices and the best service. The most important domains to register are dot.com and the new dot.co especially if you want an international profile.

Q. I don’t want to worry about ordering and maintaining domain names, can you help me with that?

A. As part of your website plan Wobble Websites will register a suitable domain name for you to use during your subscription. We will advise you of available domain name options during the website construction phase and redirect this domain name to your Wobble small business website once it goes live.

Q. Can I cancel my website subscription at any time?

A. Yes just advise us using the contact form at the bottom of this page and your account will be cancelled at the end of the next billing cycle.

Q. How much content can I upload?

A. There is no limit* to the amount of content that you can upload, however a sound marketing strategy is to keep the content  ’punchy’ and brief enough that a prospective client will read and view the entire page, not give up due to excessive volume. Remember sometimes ‘less is more’. *some Wobble Website plans only allow a specific number of pages, but you can easily upgrade as required.

Q. What information do you require to build my website?

A. To get started we require  your public contact details, personal or business bio [a short summary about you and your business] and any website addresses you wish us to link your page too. Its also great to have any personal or business photos or logos to be included in your website design. As we mentioned above, don;t be phsed about getting

Q. How often can I update my web pages?

If you require an update the existing content on your page just email the changes to Wobble Websites and we will make the changes within 48 hours.

Q. Can I add more pages to my website?

A. Yes. The basic Wobble Website contains up to four pages, the Premium Plan eight pages and the Professional Plan sixteen pages. You can easily upgrade to a bigger plan at any time if you wish to expand your website. If the Professional Plan is still not big enough, we can continue to add additional pages. For each additional page there is a fee to build it and host it. We will always quote you prior to any further work being undertaken on your behalf.

Q. Are there any more features being added to Wobble Websites that I may want to use?

A. Yes we are always developing new add-ins to the site. Currently we are in the testing stage of a database management program, email marketing program and other exciting marketing options. Our existing customers are always the first to be offered these new features [we even ask a few to test them first for free].

Q. Will there be any additional costs to these new features?

A. Many are free and are simply added into your web page with our compliments. Others may incur additional costs and are optional for you to add on to your site if required.
